Job description

The person in this position contributes to the smooth operation of the accounting department by handling accounts receivable, invoicing, and various administrative and accounting tasks.

More specifically, the Accounts Receivable | Billing Technicianwill:

  • Handle monthly invoicing;
  • Follow up on customer payments;
  • Prepare contract terminations and payment receipts;
  • Process electronic deposits;
  • Perform filing and various administrative tasks;
  • Assist with the posting and approval of invoices;
  • Post invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts;
  • Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Skills sought

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Working knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to interact with English-speaking clients.

Training required

  • Training in accounting or administration (DEP, AEC, or DEC), or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
