In December, our steel legends will start work on the reinforcement of this building, which will comprise 240 units spread over 18 floors. This will be a great challenge for our legends, who will be on site until March 2027.

A few weeks ago, our rebar legends began work on the Exal de la Concorde project on Léo-Lacombe Avenue in Laval. This 268-unit building will include studios and apartments spread over 10 floors. We’re thrilled to be able to contribute our expertise to this wonderful project!

We recently began work on the Verdora residential project in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This complex will feature a total of 245 units in two buildings, as well as a rooftop terrace, exercise room, indoor parking spaces and a dog grooming area in the basement. A superb project with ABF’s signature framework!

Our legends recently began work on the reinforcing steel of this 56-unit apartment building. We face this challenge with enthusiasm and determination!

In the coming weeks, we’ll be starting work on the reinforcing steel of this new 95-unit residential building. Tenants will have access to common spaces, planted terraces and a landscaped courtyard for families. We look forward to contributing our expertise to this wonderful project!

This new space will include 11 classrooms, 2 performance studios, an area reserved for artistic presentations and 4 laboratories combining creativity and science, and will be able to accommodate an additional 435 students. In addition, various exterior works will be carried out, including an outdoor classroom and a sports training area. We’re proud to be part of this project dedicated to students!

This month, our legends will begin work on the reinforcing steel for the Suma rental condos project in Montréal. The new building will feature 66 rental condos on 7 floors. Future tenants will have access to indoor parking, a roof terrace and BBQ and dining areas.

Our team is honored to contribute to the realization of the Le Vital project in Lévis (Desjardins sector), in the Umano district. This 11-storey building will include 230 housing units adapted to a clientele of all ages, with a special focus on students from the nearby Université du Québec à Rimouski – Campus de Lévis. Our teams are already on site and will remain there until early 2025.
